Rogers Heart PlayStudio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Rogers Heart PlayStudio mobile application (the "App"). • Payment and Wallet Information: If you choose to process payments via our blockchain integration, the App connects to your Synaptic GreenVerse Wallet extension. We may read your public wallet address to facilitate $SYN token transfers for play sessions and premium library unlocks. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, your private cryptographic keys.

• Traditional Payment Data: If you opt to pay via credit or debit card, your payment information is processed directly by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not store or collect full credit card numbers or CVC codes.

Google AdMob We use Google AdMob to provide rewarded video advertisements that allow users to unlock premium content for free. AdMob may collect and use device data, location data, and unique device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

Blockchain Networks (Synaptic Chain) When you use the Synaptic Wallet integration, please be aware that blockchain transactions are inherently public. Your public wallet address, transaction hashes, and the amounts transferred will be visible on the public ledger.

The Rogers Heart PlayStudio App is designed to be used by parents, guardians, and adult caregivers to book sensory play sessions and access educational materials.

While the physical studio and content relate to children (Target Ages 2-9), the App itself is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
